Dear Neighbor:

I’m Pat Higgins and I’d appreciate your vote in the April 1st School Board election.

Just like you, I have a vested interest in the quality and effectiveness of Anchorage schools. My kids graduated from our schools, so I know what’s it’s like to be a parent (and help kids with homework). As a taxpayer, like you, I want our tax dollars to be spent wisely. As a senior human resources manager, I know the necessity of graduates being ready for work, further training or college – and I know how to facilitate solutions to problems between management and employees.
